Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing tickets for Creators Street events.

No Returns or Exchanges

All ticket purchases are final. Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances.

No Cancellations

All sales are final. Cancellations or changes to your ticket purchase are not permitted. Tickets cannot be transferred or rescheduled to another date or event.

Event Postponement or Cancellation

In the unlikely event that the organizer postpones or cancels the event, ticket holders will be notified of the next steps. The organizer is solely responsible for decisions regarding refunds or credits.

Non-Transferable

Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise by the event organizer.

  • By purchasing a ticket, you agree to comply with all event rules and regulations
  • Creators Street reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee for violation of event policies
  • Photography and videography may occur during the event. By attending, you consent to potential inclusion in promotional materials
